Yoga For Beginners

Take steps toward vibrant health. Free your mind from everyday stress. Learn about breath, vibration, concentration and movement in this relaxing and uplifting class.

Steven Russell, of Becoming Sound Yoga, is a certified teacher of Dharma Yoga, has studied with Sri Dharma Mittra in NYC, and has been practicing yoga for many years. He welcomes all levels from beginner to experienced yogis.

This program is for Adults, Ages 18 and older.

Please bring a yoga mat. No registration necessary; we will accommodate as many attendees as possible. Spots are available on a first come, first served basis.

Although moderate physical activity may be safe for most people, health experts suggest that you talk with your doctor before you start any exercise program.
