About the presenter: Ali Glaser, MSW, CPCC, CEC, CMF, ACC. Ali Glaser is a certified executive coach, master facilitator, and seasoned leader with over 20 years of success in executive roles across the nonprofit, education, and healthcare sectors. A native of Monmouth County, Ali spent a decade teaching social work at Rutgers University, where she taught courses in human behavior, diversity, leadership, and social policy. She holds a Master’s in Social Work (Administration and Social Planning) from Temple University and a BA in Sociology from Penn State.
