We've made a zine!
On Friday 13th March, we'll be launching the first issue with a special guest DJ set from a local treasure and old school dubstep OG - Raggs.
Raggs grew up near Crymych and now resides in Tenby. She's a certified dubstep & UKG pioneer, who's worked with El B, Coki, and Deep Medi, and collaborated with Horsepower Productions.
We're proud to have her joining us to celebrate the launch of our zine - Elfcup - which features interviews, poetry, collages, prints and photos from the Ginger Bug crew, friends and extended family. It'll be on sale in the second room of Manorbier House, with any remaining copies going online shortly afterwards.
Shadow Flute will be setting the tone for Raggs with a wild mix of high-energy stompers, blending sub-low dubstep, dark techno and sparse rhythmic workouts.
NKC & Jack Ford return with a world exclusive debut of tracks from their forthcoming EP - a techno-dancehall mash-up of spoken word poetry, earthy subs and snappy snares.
Our latest resident and multi-genre vibes-bringer Chinche will be getting feet and hips moving with Afro-Latin percussion sounds and sexy RnB-influenced rollers.
Talented selector and singer Elumin will be performing her first set at Ginger Bug. Her music melds spacey, atmospheric digi-dub with lush live vocals.
Tickets - £5 early, £7 general, £10 on the door
