For the baking classes I am looking for ideas of what people are struggling with or wanting to improve on. Sweet, savoury, biscuits, cakes, pastry, scones, bread, cake decorating, how to cook fish, curries etc...
Also looking for a couple of people to practice trial runs with before I unleash myself on the public 🤣
