Ribs & Rods is one of Temple's most popular events brought to you by Don Ringler Chevrolet and Toyota. Ribs & Rods joins the community's love for live music, classic and custom cars, and BBQ, all while supporting our local Ronald McDonald House. In 2024, Ribs & Rods donated $15,000, and to date has donated over $80,000 to this fantastic charity and plans to continue this great tradition!
Ribs & Rods is held at the beautiful Bend O the River Ranch, with it's large shade trees and golf course grasses, sure to please any event participant. Ribs & Rods also offers several fun games and events to keep the whole family entertained including amazing bands, valve cover racing, kids coloring and pedal car competitions, rib eating contest, and a drive in style movie experience! 2024's event brought in over 600 show vehicles, 75 of the best cooking teams in Texas, and thousands of spectators!
Ribs & Rods will be back at Temple's beautiful , Bend O' the River, right off IH35, and to invite you to be part of this spectacular event!
