This ride will be at a faster pace than our other rides and will include a mixture of ATV trails, gravel and dirt roads. Full-sized bikes are recommended and can range from enduro bikes to adventure bikes. Enduro bikes might benefit from a larger front sprocket for a bit higher gearing. During the ride we will see rivers, lakes, iron bridges, lookoffs and even a castle.
9:30 am Rider Check In and Safety Meeting: All riders will check in to ensure an accurate count for the ride. Safety and etiquette will be discussed. Lead and sweep riders will be introduced and an orientation to the trail will be given so all riders have a better idea of what to expect on the ride.
We can take your gas jug, lunch and any other supplies by truck to the midpoint of the ride
10:00 Kickstands up! Ride will commence with lead and sweep riders in place to assist/coach as needed. Riders should bring any necessary medications, snacks and water for the ride. This ride will be in remote areas at times.
Lunchtime break on Folly Mountain. Your gas jug and anything else that you gave us will be waiting for you.
Mid Afternoon End of the ride.
