Commander Party is a Commander event where players are immersed in the setting and story of Tarkir: Dragonstorm. The special rules for Commander Party are designed specifically around the theme of the set, found nowhere else. Ideal for all players, new and old!

FORMAT/ EVENT STRUCTURE:
Commander
1 Round, 150-minutes
Proxies are not permitted during this event.
Decks will be limited to Bracket 3! (No mass land denial, no chaining extra turns, 3 “game changers” allowed. 2-card infinite combo are allowed 60 minutes into round (or) 7-9 turns into round, whichever if later)
SPECIAL RULES:
Players will choose their alignment and partake as a member of their chosen clan! (Abzan, Jeskai, Sultai, Mardu and Temur)
🌀 Players place one of their faction counters on the Dragonstorm whenever they do one of the following:
» Cast a commander or Dragon spell.
» Deal combat damage to an opponent with one or more creatures.
» Cast a noncreature spell with mana value 4 or greater from their hand.
🌀 Once during each player’s turn, as a sorcery, they may activate one of the abilities on their faction card by removing a specified number of their counters from the Dragonstorm.
🌀 At the beginning of each end step, if there are fifteen or more counters on the Dragonstorm, each player who has counters on the Dragonstorm activates their last faction ability without paying its cost. Then remove all counters from the Dragonstorm.
