About the event

Blessing of the Backpacks

This coming Sunday is Blessing of the Backpacks as well as Commissioning of all teachers in the Christian Education Ministry. At our 10 AM liturgy we will bless all those returning to school, from kindergarten to graduate school, as well as the backpacks with school supplies we’ll be donating to Temple Terrace Elementary School.

Remember to have your kids bring their backpacks to get blessed!!

After the 10 am service, we will celebrate our Sunday School kickoff in the Parish Hall with snow cones and popcorn. Huge thanks to who is pitching in to help with snacks and decorations and to everyone who donated a backpack!
