Class Description:
Immerse yourself in a restorative sound journey designed to ground your body and calm your mind. Allow the resonant frequencies of gongs, Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, native drum, the gentle melody of koshi chimes, and the soothing sound of rain to wash over you. Combined with the deeply restorative practices of Yoga Nidra meditation and somatic breathwork, this experience invites grounding, release, and a profound sense of harmony in mind, body, and soul.
All levels are welcome—no experience necessary. Simply come as you are.

Crystal is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT) and certified Advanced Yoga Nidra practitioner with over 1,000 hours of training and more than a decade of teaching experience. She is passionate about making yoga accessible to every body, blending mindfulness, movement, and the healing power of sound to support nervous system regulation and deep inner transformation
