Expect a grounding and deeply restorative experience with soothing sound. Whether you’re releasing stress, setting intentions, or just craving some stillness, this practice will meet you where you are.
What to Bring: Bring a yoga mat and anything that helps you get comfortable—a blanket, bolster, pillow, or blocks. If you need props, I have a limited supply available—just let me know in advance.
