City of Tempe event (I'm just trying to get the word out and get more people showing up).

Located at Clark Park Community Center.

Description: The community is invited to provide feedback on the proposed Zoning Code amendment related to a Middle Housing Overlay District required to bring Tempe into compliance with Arizona's HB2721, a new state law that requires cities like Tempe with populations of 75,000 or more to authorize by "middle housing" by Jan 1, 2026.
