Men's Circle & Sound Bath

Join us in this safe space for men to connect and bond then relax to soothing sound vibes at our Men's Circle & Sound Bath event!

Connect with other men in this safe space to facilitate healthy conversation around the struggles unique to men. Focused around listening, validating, and supporting each other as brothers. Then we will relax to dive deep with singing sound bowls and other instruments. We will set intention to process and integrate the depth of our conversation as we lay back and relax our mind, body, and spirit.

After we get deep in conversation we lay down and close our eyes and let the sound bowls and other instruments guide us through processing and integrating the conversation.

We will be offering a $40 float deal to event participants!
