Kinetic Chain Release (KCR) is a simple yet extremely effective system of medically and scientifically recognized and approved series of gentle mobilizations and stretches as developed by a Scottish Physiotherapist.

About the Instructor: As a former systems specialist and mechanic, Skuli Sigurdsson has a knack for understanding the human vehicle. Skuli is a certified Yoga Teacher, I AM Yoga Nidra facilitator and Yoga Therapist. In addition to these, his private practice has centered around Hugh Gilbert’s work which brings resolution to a host of physical imbalances, pain and injuries within a short period of time. Which more than 13 years of experience under his belt, Skuli is a certified trainer through the KCR Academy, helping others to master this powerful technique.
