One-day Mesa/Tempe workshop to boost growth mindset, confidence, positive thinking & executive functioning for kids—25 spots only!
About this EventHelp your child strengthen their confidence, build resilience, and develop a growth mindset they can carry into school and life.Healthy Endeavors is excited to offer the Growth Mindset Workshop, a supportive, one-day experience for children ages 8–12. This camp teaches kids how to reframe challenges, bounce back from setbacks, and approach school—and life—with confidence and flexibility.
This camp gives parents a meaningful enrichment option while kids learn skills that truly matter: positive self-talk, persistence, coping strategies, goal setting, and executive functioning tools.
The camp is co-led by Rebecca Gassett, Pediatric Nurse Practitioner and Mental Health Specialist, and Jessica Hess, Middle School Teacher, ensuring each child receives expert guidance from both clinical and educational perspectives.
