Regular Meeting to follow the Study Session
Kyrene School District Governing Board meetings are open to the public. Doors open 30 minutes before the meeting. Regular Board meetings are also streamed live and available on the Kyrene website and YouTube. For those who cannot attend in person or watch the meeting live, a recording will be made available and posted online within 48 hours.

Public Comment
Kyrene School District values transparency and public input. To ensure that everyone has an opportunity to address the Governing Board, the President may set a time limit for individual comments, based on the number of comments submitted, as follows:
1-15 speakers: 3 minutes
16–30 speakers: 2 minutes
31+ speakers: 1 minute
Written comments may also be submitted electronically. Electronic comments will be recorded and filed online as part of the Board meeting minutes, following the meeting and will not be read aloud. Electronic comments must be submitted through the online form by Noon the day of the meeting.

Regular meetings of the Governing Board are open to the public. The Board generally meets on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month at 6:00 p.m.
The Kyrene Governing Board also welcomes public input through email at

Board agendas are posted virtually on the district’s website and posted physically outside the main doors of the District Office, 24 hours prior to meeting times.
