Finding Humor In Darkness (In Person)

This interactive workshop explores the idea of melancholy, not just as sadness, but as a complex emotional experience that can coexist with joy and humor. Through engaging activities and group discussions, participants will practice shifting perspectives, embracing cognitive flexibility, and discovering moments of laughter even in the hardest times. By being open and sharing experiences with others, attendees can find connections in unexpected places, seeing their struggles through a new lens and uncovering humor where they least expect it. Whether it’s finding light in the dark, connection in grief, or just a reason to smile, this workshop will help you tap into the power of humor when you need it most.
