Arizona Born and Braised Beer Dinner

There's more to living in Arizona than simply having a place here. We all have a responsibility to the land, animals, and people around us. At the Arizona Born and Braised Beer Dinner, we're going to celebrate everything that makes Arizona home.

Featuring a menu prepared by special guest Chef Jennifer Caraway of the Joy Bus, this beer dinner features foods that were raised, grown, or made right here in Arizona. Chef Caraway offers her unique spin on regional favorite carne asada that will be prepared by her and our Four Peaks chefs. Each dish will be paired with a handcrafted beer. Get ready for a night of delicious beers, fun conversation, and Arizona flavors!

Carne Asado de Zócalo

K4 Copper State Reserve Filet, chile guajillo, pasilla sauce, esquites, grilled I’itoi onions

Pairing: Ryze and Shine - Imperial Porter aged in Arizona Distilling rye whiskey barrels

Dulce Regalito

Sopapillas, vanilla bean, cinnamon, sugar, mole gelato

Pairing: Barrel 472 – Experimental ale aged in Arizona Distilling sherry barrels
