Join us for Sparkling Sloga — a soul-nourishing morning of movement, mindfulness, and a little celebratory sparkle!
Set on our private estate overlooking the vineyards and mountains, this 60-minute outdoor session combines gentle stretching, strengthening, and meditation to help release tension in the body, calm the mind, and uplift your spirit.
Similar to yoga but without that traditional approach.
Led by Anna La Fata (formerly known online as Anna Renderer, original POPSUGAR Fitness host for 7 years) — a 20-year fitness expert, exercise physiologist, and wine-loving wellness coach — this class is designed for all levels and especially supportive for those looking to:

At the end of class, we’ll raise a glass together with your choice of Sparkling Rosé, or non-alcoholic bubbles to celebrate life, wellness, and community. You can enjoy your bubbles while sitting by the pool, dip your feet, or take a stroll through the gardens and immerse yourself in nature.
