July Full Moon Sound Bath and Meditation with Briana Rice

Join us under the luminous glow of the July full moon for a rejuvenating sound bath experience dedicated to self-care. This immersive session harnesses the moon's energy, combined with therapeutic sounds, to promote deep relaxation, reduce stress, and restore inner balance.

Sound baths use vibrational frequencies to calm the nervous system, restore harmony, and promote deep relaxation. As the healing tones of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other sacred instruments wash over you, they work on a cellular level-soothing stress, clearing stagnant energy, and guiding you into a meditative state of peace.

Tantric meditation is a form of meditation rooted in ancient Indian traditions that aims to unite the physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of the individual. It emphasizes the sacredness of the body and the interconnectedness of all things

Unlike some other forms of meditation, tantric meditation embraces sensuality and sees it as a path to spiritual awakening.

Arrive between 5:30pm and 6:30pm, to meet our host, Briana Rice - founder of the Love and Light Movement, enjoy some tea & cookies, shop for high vibration crystals, then claim your spot. We'll guide you to create your own cocoon of comfort. Bring a yoga mat or something to lie on, a light blanket, eye mask if you like and wear loose, comfortable clothing. To preserve the event's privacy and tranquility, late comers will not be admitted. Doors will lock at 7pm when the soundbath begins.
