Join us for a serene, soul-soothing experience under the open sky in Temecula Wine Country.

🕊️ What to Expect During This 1-Hour Experience:
Arrival + Grounding (10 min):
Arrive, settle in, and connect with the natural stillness around you. Light breathwork and optional intention setting.
Guided Relaxation + Sound Immersion (40 min):
Lie back and allow your body to fully release as Megan uses crystal singing bowls and frequency instruments to guide you into a deep state of rest, clarity, and energetic reset.
Closing Integration (10 min):
A gentle return to the present moment with optional sharing, grounding tips, and collective frequency realignment.
