Orthopaedic department HTI cordially invite everyone to our annual trauma course, with this year’s course theme: Basic Hand Trauma.

The workshop will consist of 2 session:
- Morning session (lectures)
- Evening session (practical / hands on)

Topics covered:
1. Finger & thumb Trauma
2. Fingertip Trauma & Injuries
3. Carpal Trauma
4. Hand infection
5. Tendon Injury & repair
6. Amputation of fingers / hand
7. Neurovascular injury & repair of hand
8. Cast technique
9. Hand rehab

Hands on session:
1. Skin suturing
2. Tendon suturing (Adelaide technique & Modified Kessler)

Fees:
Hospital teluk intan staff wishes to join morning session: Free
Non-Hospital Teluk Intan staff joining morning session: RM 20
Participant joining morning & evening session: RM 80
