MCQC Women's Self Defence

� SELF DEFENCE COURSE �

In conjunction with William Gilmour & MCQC Women's Self Defence , I’m pleased to bring to the females of Priorslee, a free 3 week self defence course.

Whilst women and girls should feel safe, there occasions where we feel vulnerable. This course will deliver mechanisms to avoid confrontation and protect yourself if necessary. Following the success of last years course I was keen to deliver it again.

The dates are Tuesday 9, 16 & 23 September 2025 from 6.45-8.45pm. The venue is Holy Trinity Academy, Teece Drive, Priorslee.
