Autumn Equinox- a time for Rebalance, Release and Renewal.
The autumn equinox marks the beginning of Libra season, a sign associated with balance, harmony and release. The equinox, a time of equilibrium when day is as long as night can be a powerful for us to stop and recharge.
Autumn invites us to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with ourselves and our surroundings. It's a season of transition and renewal—just as nature transforms, so can our approach to self-care.
The autumn equinox, a moment of perfect balance between day and night, offers a symbolic reminder of the importance of balance in our own lives. As we prepare for cooler days and longer nights, it's an opportunity to find harmony between work, rest, and play.
This self-care Sunday theme will support us in the opportunity to ground ourselves, embrace cozy comforts, and nurture both our physical and mental well-being.
