Intro to Yoga Semester w/Austeen @ Sanaras Wellness Studio

After years of personal practice, teaching, and deep study, I’ve created something specifically for beginners or anyone who wants to start fresh. This semester cuts through the confusion and focuses on real experience, practical insights, and true understanding.

In this course, you’ll explore:

Yoga Lineage: Learn a micro history behind yoga (because there is so much histroy it would take a couple of years to study) and its philosophies

Breathing Techniques: Master 3 different breathwork techniques to calm the mind and energize your body

Essential Poses: Gain comfort with standing, seated, and supine poses that flow into each other for a complete practice

Meditation: We’ll introduce a short Vipassana meditation each week, giving you a taste of mindfulness and presence

My aim is to give you a 360-degree view of yoga, practical tools that you can start integrating into your everyday life. No overwhelm, just steady, intentional growth.
