What is the Sound Bath Experience?
A sound bath is a soothing, full-body experience that uses deep sound vibrations to promote relaxation and meditation. During the session, instruments like Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and tuning forks create calming waves of sound that gently wash over you—helping to quiet the mind and release tension. The vibrations move through the body, supporting overall mental, emotional, and physical well-being.
