Educate and Empower Workshop

Join us for an engaging workshop featuring practical lessons on menstruation, hygiene practices, and emotional well-being from nurse practitioner, Anna Svennungsen.

Enjoy a light morning breakfast, interactive art activities, and learn about period poverty while leaving with greater confidence and positivity about body changes, as well as helping others.

For girls ages 9 and up, with their special person
(mom/dad, guardian, aunt, big sister, etc.)

Cost: Free will hygiene product donation. Donate a pack of pads, tampons, feminine wipes, and/or gallon size storage bags (although not required to attend).
