Meet Cheeto — our sweet foster boy with a bullet near his spine and more love to give than most could imagine!
He’s a true survivor, full of loyalty and affection despite everything life has thrown at him! We just found out he has a painful eye condition (distichiasis) in both eyes. If surgery is needed, it could cost around $4,000!
After seeing a specialist, we learned the eye lashes are growing outword instead of inward. This means if we are able to clear up his beautiful face from tears and irritation he may not need the surgery!
We are hopeful we can just do multiple drops twice a day for months to see if it will clear up the tears and discomfort, unfortunately, it may not. If it does not, he will need the surgery! We are trying to be proactive and raise funds to help to ensure this rather large financial hit doesn't inhibit SEPR from being able to help rescue other dogs
We created this event to help SEPR cover the potential costs to give Cheeto the pain-free life he deserves. In the event he doesn't need the surgery, the donations raised will STILL go to another deserving dogs medical bills!
When SEPR is able to save a dog from a shelter, they have an entire slew of medical bills as there isn't normally a vet on hand at the shelter to care for these sweet babies.
They secure the safe and loving home, help us help them continue to care for the pitties ❤️

730-8 silent auction sheets will be drawn, winners will be announced for the bingo games and baskets won will be announced!
