30 ნოემბერს, კვირას, ლუმოსში 10:00 საათიდან 18:00 საათამდე გეპატიჟებით ვორქშოფზე, სახელწოდებით „სივრცე ჩვენ შორის - სადაც ქალები და კაცები ხვდებიან ერთმანეთს.“ ვორქშოფს გაუძღვებიან ეკატა და იურგენი.
რა გველის ერთდღიან ვორქშოფზე, ეკატა თავად გვიამბობს:
☄️ „ამბობენ, ქალები და კაცები სხვადასხვა პლანეტიდან არიანო. ქალები ალბათ ვენერადან ჩამოვიდნენ, კაცები კი - მარსიდან. რა გასაკვირია, რომ შეიძლება სხვადასხვანაირები ვიყოთ და ხანდახან საერთო ენის გამონახვა გვიჭირდეს. ერთდღიანი ვორქშოფი „სივრცე ჩვენ შორის“ სწორედ ამის კვლევას ემსახურება;
💫 ვორქშოფის მიზანია, შევქმნათ დაცული, ნდობით გაჯერებული სივრცე, სადაც ერთმანეთს მოვუსმენთ და დავინახავთ.
☄️ შეხვედრის პირველ ნაწილში ქალები და კაცები ცალ-ცალკე ჯგუფებში იმუშავებენ. ისინი სხვადასხვანაირი, ხალისიანი და სიღრმისეული აქტივობებით გამოიკვლევენ და ჩაეძიებიან ამ ერთობას.
☄️ მეორე ნაწილში კი ორივე ჯგუფი გაერთიანდება და ერთობლივი ძალებით შევქმნით სივრცეს გულწრფელი გაზიარებისა და ნდობისთვის.
📍 ეს არ არის წყვილების ვორქშოფი (თუმცა, რა თქმა უნდა, დასწრება შეუძლიათ წყვილებსაც), აქ არ ვიკვლევთ ინდივიდუალურ ურთიერთობებს.
ვორქშოფი ემსახურება ზოგადად ქალებსა და კაცებს შორის არსებული ხილული თუ უხილავი კედლის მიღმა შეხედვას ერთმანეთის უკეთ დასანახად. შესაბამისად, არაა აუცილებელი პარტნიორთან ერთად დასწრება.
📍 ვორქშოფზე დამსწრეების რაოდენობა შეზღუდულია - თითოეულ ჯგუფში თანაბარი რაოდენობის, 8 ქალი და 8 კაცი იქნება.

📍 ვორქშოფზე რეგისტრაცია გულისხმობს ღირებულების 50%-ის გადახდას.
📍 შეხვედრის სასაუბრო ენა იქნება ინგლისურ-ქართული. გაითვალისწინეთ, რომ აუცილებელია ინგლისური ენის ცოდნა მოსმენისა და გაგების დონეზე, თუმცა თქვენი სათქმელის ჩამოყალიბება, სურვილის შემთხვევაში, ქართულ ენაზე შეგიძლიათ.
🌊 ეკატასა და იურგენის შესახებ:
🪽 ეკატა სხეულის მოტრფიალე და სხეულის ენის აქტიური მკვლევარია. მისი ცხოვრების გზაა, შექმნას სივრცეები, სადაც ადამიანები მოდუნდებიან, განიტვირთებიან და მრავალფეროვან აღმოჩენებს გააკეთებენ შინაგან და გარეგან სამყაროზე.
ეკატა 8 წელზე მეტი ხანია, უძღვება ქალთა გასვლით მოგზაურობას, “შენShe”, რომელშიც 100 ქალზე მეტი მონაწილე ჰყავს. ასევე ატარებს თავისუფალი ცეკვის შეკრებების სერიას „Monkey Dance“ და სხვა მრავალფერ შეხვედრებს ლუმოსში თუ მის გარეთ.
🧘♂️ იურგენი მაძიებელი და მკურნალია. ის ფსიქოლოგიური კონსულტაციებისა და სისტემური განლაგებების მეშვეობით ეხმარება ადამიანებს, იპოვონ თავიანთი გზა და მიმართულება. იურგენი წლების განმავლობაში ატარებს გასვლით შეკრებებს ავსტრიაში, სახელწოდებით „გმირის გზა“, რომელიც გულისხმობს მოზარდი ბიჭების კაცობაში ინიციაციას. ასევე უძღვება სხვადასხვა ფორმატისა და ხანგრძლივობის „კაცების წრეებს“.

“The Space Between Us — Where Women and Men Meet”
on Sunday, November 30th, from 10:00 to 18:00 at Lumos.
The workshop will be facilitated by Ekata and Jürgen.
What awaits us in this 8-hour journey? Ekata shares: 👇
“They say women and men come from different planets.
Perhaps women descended from Venus, and men from Mars.
So it’s no surprise that we can be different - and that at times, finding a common language can be a challenge.
The one-day workshop “The Space Between Us” is created precisely for this purpose: to open a safe, trust-filled space where we can truly listen to and truly see one another. 💫
In the first part of the meeting, women and men will gather in separate groups. Through a variety of lively and deeply engaging activities, each group will explore and reflect on their shared experience and essence.
In the second part, both groups will come together, co-creating a space for honest sharing and genuine trust.
This is not a couples’ workshop (though of course, couples are welcome to attend). We won’t be exploring individual relationships; rather, we’ll be looking beyond the visible
and invisible walls that often stand between women and men - so that we may see each other more clearly.
Therefore, there’s no need to come with a partner.
Participation will be balanced - 8 women and 8 men in total.
So, if you:

✨ Wish to feel more connected - to yourself and to others;

About Ekata and Jürgen:
🪽 Ekata is a body lover and an active explorer of the language of the body. Her life’s path is to create spaces where people can relax, release, and make diverse discoveries about their inner and outer worlds. For over eight years, she has been leading women’s retreats called “ShenShe”, which has welcomed more than 100 participants. She also hosts a series of free dance gatherings called “Monkey Dance”, along with many other types of events both at Lumos and beyond.
🧘♂️ Jürgen is a seeker and a healer. Through psychological counseling and systemic constellations, he supports people in finding their own path and direction. For many years, he has been leading retreats in Austria called “The Hero’s Path,” dedicated to the initiation of adolescent boys into manhood. He also facilitates various formats and lengths of “Men’s Circles.”
In addition to his work, Jürgen is a proud father of three sons.
