5Rhythms®, created and taught by Gabrielle Roth, is a simple yet powerful movement meditation practice that can be practiced by anyone regardless of age, orientation, religion, or physical ability. There is no right or wrong movement or any kind of choreography. It's a dynamic movement practice rooted in the principle that if you put the psyche in motion it will heal itself.
The 5Rhythms – Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, Stillness® . This sequence of rhythms creates a wave, helping us become more free, creative, and connected to society.
The best way to understand the beauty and the power of this practice is to dance it.

What to wear:
Wear comfortable clothes in which you can move freely. Make sure you have layers, something warm with lighter clothes underneath.
We dance barefoot or with socks. Please bring your water.
