Senior Strength & Mobility Class

Seniors Strength & Mobility classes!

These sessions are not just about getting stronger and improving our balance and mobility (though we definitely do that! 💪🏼). We also focus on keeping our minds sharp!

During our classes, we work through a fun sequence of exercises. Typically on our finale set, I have a little fun with everyone and we see who can remember the order, this is a great way to give our brains a workout too! It’s amazing to see how staying active helps improve both our physical and cognitive health.
