Lemonade Stand

Christy's Legacy of Hope and LifeKids at Beacon Baptist Church will be teaming up to host a lemonade stand for the benefit of Isaiah 117 House Lynchburg VA.
Before you head over to the Taylor Festival next Saturday, stop by our lemonade stand to enjoy a refreshing cup of lemonade in our cool "mood cups."

When: Saturday, June 28th 5-9pm
Where: Beacon Baptist Church, Taylor MI

Isaiah 117 House in Lynchburg is special to us for two reasons:

1 - Christy lived and attended college in Lynchburg for several years.
2 - The mission and purpose of the Isaiah 117 House aligns perfectly with Christy's Legacy of Hope.

"Isaiah 117 provides a comforting home where (children awaiting placement into a foster home) can be brought to wait – a place that is safe with friendly and loving volunteers who provide clean clothes, smiles, toys, and snuggly blankets. This space allows children to receive the comfort and care they need while child welfare staff can do the necessary paperwork and identify a good placement."
