Welcome to the eighth year of our wonderful Portugal Contact Festivals. Immerse yourself with us in an intensive experience in the Contact world.

We have invited international artists and teachers who combine many years of teaching experience, professional choreography work, intensive movement research and performance experience.

When choosing the facilitators, we consciously paid attention to a balance that reflects the diversity of the contact improvisation community. The program consists of technique units, research laboratories, score jams, bodywork and performance sequences.

The Festival includes :

* Space for your own movement investigations
* Opportunities to dance on the beach and in the ocean
* Delicious, local vegetarian (mainly Vegan) food

We focus on cultivating a deeper awareness of listening, breathing, giving, receiving, and timing.
