TRADITIONAL KARATE ASSOCIATION QUARTERLY BLACK BELT WORKOUT

We are starting "Quarterly Black Belt Workout"... as the name suggests, every 3 months we will meet on a Saturday in the morning for a 3 hour workout covering black belt topics followed by a short meeting... This is organized for those who live to far/bad schedule, to attend regular classes but still want to maintain connection, continue with training and advancement. Our next QBBW is Saturday, May 31, 2025 at Family Karate Center of Tavares 9am - 12 workout 12-1 meeting
