Young at Heart Festival : Intro to Pilates with The Pilates Fix

Say hello to our Sunshiner's Club!

The Pilates Fix has teamed up with the Young at Heart Festival to offer a FREE introduction to Pilates.

Catering to those 65 years and over, this session will provide to an introduction to Pilates, our studio and our Sunshiner’s Club. Our Sunshiner Club class offers a variety of functional fitness routines where the aim is to increase mobility & stability to all joints, increase overall strength, cover falls prevention + balance, and ensure exercise choices improve the ability of day-to-day movement that might have become difficult otherwise.
