The Smith's Sports Shoes Winter Duathlon Series is back at Mercury Baypark for 2025.
These races are for all levels of fitness, we will have short and long course races as well as a special kids race, (which is always the most fun to watch).
⭐ RACE DISTANCES ⭐
🏃🚴🏃 Kids Course:
• Run 500m - 1 lap of the 500m lap.
• Bike 2.6km - 4 laps of the rectangular lap
• Run 500m - 1 lap of the 500m lap
🏃🚴🏃 Adults/Youth Short Course:
• Run 2km - 4 laps of the 500m lap.
• Bike 9.6km - 6 laps of the 1.6km lap containing many turns & straights.
• Run 2km - 4 laps of the 500m lap.

• Run 2km - 4 laps of the 500m lap.
• Bike 9.6km - 6 laps of the 1.6km lap containing many turns & straights.
• Run 1km - 2 laps of the 500m lap.
• Bike 9.6km - 6 laps of the 1.6km lap containing many turns & straights.
• Run 2km - 4 laps of the 500m lap.

9:30am Long & Short Distance race briefing

Prizegiving Kids – Once Long/Short course have started
Prizegiving Long/Short – 10 min after last finisher
👉 Registration will take place in the race HQ trailer, on Sunday morning of the race. We ask that you arrive early so we can start the races on time.
