PD Fit - Parkinson's Disease specific group exercise
Join PD Fit to build confidence in movement, dual-tasking, strength, balance, and coordination. Fun, friendly, and accessible classes use targeted exercises to support Parkinson’s management, promoting neuroplasticity and slowing progression. Stay active, stay connected, and defend against neurodegeneration.

$15 per class - we have tea/coffee before class each week.
