Express and Connect

Heart led outdoor WEEKLY expressive dance & connection classes held amongst the trees in the corner of beautiful Coronation Park, Mount Maunganui. (Spongdrop cafe end) Look out for my sign!

Drawing on my Nia dance training, varied experiences with movement medicine and intuitive movement, these classes will be a mix of facilitator led movement and expressive dance where you are encouraged to embrace your own natural rhythm. Each week there will be a different focus with songs and movement thoughtfully chosen to connect us to our own bodies way and to come together for connection.

Casual rate: $15 cash or bank transfer on the day
Concession: 5 classes for $65
