Join us for a 2.5-hour immersive experience where movement meets vibration, and the waters within you begin to flow freely.
Through the lens of Embodied Yin, somatic practices, and sound, we will explore the kidney meridian—the home of vitality, fluidity, and deep inner listening. Guided by @anavieirayoga and the wisdom of the water element, this journey invites you to soften, release stagnant energy, and restore your natural rhythm.
We’ll then transition into a live Sound Journey by @anatman.music, where resonant frequencies, and vibration guide you into deep rest, integration, and renewal. Let sound move through the spaces you’ve softened—releasing what no longer serves and awakening your inner vitality.
Expect slow, intentional movement, breath-led flow, sound exploration, and deep rest—an offering to your inner rivers, and a space to return to yourself.
To close, we’ll gather in stillness for a gentle integration circle with tea and time to share, grounding your experience with warmth, connection, and spacious reflection.
