This Mother’s Day, gift yourself (or someone you love) the space to slow down, to go inward and to receive.

We’ll begin with 90 minutes of gentle Yin Yoga, softening into stillness and introspection whilst being supported by the breath.

From there, drift into the healing sounds of taonga pūoro – traditional Māori instruments that speak to the soul, inviting emotional balancing and spiritual healing.

Our retreat will close with light refreshments and quiet connection.

Come as you are and leave feeling refreshed, renewed, and centered.

WHAT IS YIN YOGA?
Yin Yoga is a slow, gentle practice where poses are held for several minutes. It targets deep tissues in the body, helping to release tension, improve flexibility, and calm the nervous system. A practice of stillness, softness, and deep rest.
