We’ll be cooking on a wide range of Barbecues, from the Traeger Pellet Smoker, Oklahoma Joe Bronco, Octopit MultiQ's & an Offset smoker. We will show you how the method works across the board with the correct setup.

We will also demonstrate how to trim & prepare a brisket, pork shoulder & pork ribs. Plus the products we use from meats, rubs, glazes etc.
