Wow! Drop in to the Museum of Somerset every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday for some amazing science summer holiday fun!
🐛This week, we’re joined by Bugfest and their crazy creatures. Meet an array of exciting creepy crawlies including a red knee tarantula and bird eating spider, hissing cockroaches and even a giant bat eating centipede (of Deadly 60 fame).
Take inspiration from the bug world and craft your own creature, will it have antennae, pincers or a shell?
Plus, take part in our Wow! Amazing Science Summer Trail around the museum and win a treat! The trail is £1 each.
🔭Visit our exhibition ‘Wow! Amazing Science in Children’s Books!’ and explore the wonders of the world around us as we journey from outer space to the inner workings of the human body! Discover incredible art that brings science to life in this family-friendly exhibition in partnership with Events of Wonder. ✨
