You can choose the morning or evening group, or attend both:
☀️ Morning Class – Tuesdays 7:00-8:00 AM
📍 The Geoff Hewett Pavilion, Trull

✨ Evening Class – Wednesdays 6:00-7:00 PM
📍 Trull Church Community Centre

You’ll need a yoga mat for the class – if you don’t have one, just let me know, and I’ll bring one for you✔️
