About the event

SHE-ROX
Every month at NO Man's Land Gym we run a SHE-ROX competition, this will be SHE-ROX#3 this time we have decided to open it up to the women of Taunton, this is a Pairs or Team event that allows you to test your strength, endurance and mental fortitude, it usually takes just under an hour to complete. The disciplines are listed below, places are limited and the cost is £10 per entrant, let me know if interested.
The aim of this is to make it achievable by all with Weights, Distances and Alternative exercises being used for those that need them. This is an honesty event, it is your chance to do your best and test yourself without judgment. The plan is to set you off at 10min intervals from 0800 with the fastest going first. 500m Run
