Monday Night Iyengar Yoga with Lucy

Iyengar Yoga is for everyone, whether it's your first class or you have practised before. Being inclusive is at the heart of my teaching and everyone is welcome.

Please bring a mat if you have one, although I do have some spares. All other equipment is provided although you can bring your own props if you prefer.

Mondays at 6.00pm for 1 hour - introductory price of £5 (regular price of £7 from April)

Corfe Village Hall, Newton Lane, Corfe, TA3 7AQ.

Free parking outside the hall or in the Church car park, opposite side of the B3170
