Choden, Tibetan Monk - Weekend at Sangha House

We are so lucky to have Choden, Tibetan Monk with us. Choden is a co-founder, Director and tutor with the UK's Mindfulness association. He has been a practising Buddhist since 1985 and a monk at the Samye Ling Buddhist Monastery since 1997. So he knows his stuff!

Choden will lead the weekend with Andy, our director and practising Buddhist and together they are going to take us into the practices of The Eight Fold Path, Dependent Arising and Compassion.

Talks, meditation and Q&A.

The weekend is open to people who are completely new to Buddhism and those who already have a spiritual practise and want to delve deeper.
