Beginners' Group

Get fit and make new friends with Running Forever Running Club!!! Our 8-week Beginners' Course is suitable for those returning to running, or starting from scratch. Lead by a qualified Coach in Running Fitness, you will work at your own pace over the 8 weeks up to 5k, after which you will be more than welcome to join our regular running groups.
The cost is £10 for the 8 weeks and this covers the cost of unaffiliated membership for the rest of the 2025/26 season.
