Ready to Run? Join us at 8 AM every other Saturday!
We kick-start our Barkrun every other Saturday at 8 AM sharp. Following a safety briefing, you and your dog will have the chance to run a Canicross 5k together. Don’t worry if you’re new to this - our event is designed to be welcoming and inclusive to newcomers. Canicross equipment must be worn and as this is a free event you attend at your own risk and Mischief Managed can not be held responsible for you or your dog at this time.

You are responsible for yourself and your own dog.
We are in a public area and we do not have right of way.
Respect other users of the park.
Must be wearing appropriate canicross equipment.
Dogs must be run on waist belts.
Start time is 8am. Short debrief and photo starting at 7:55am.
Responsible for timing your own run, there will be no timers.
Once finished you are free to leave or head to the cafe for breakfast and coffee.
Need to be finished before Parkrun begins, so we don't get in their way.
We are running the Parkrun route. If unsure stick with someone who knows the route.
If you're wanting to try kit at Barkrun you MUST message me the night before so we can meet at Tesco car park prior to Barkrun as I don't bring my kit over to the Meadow.
If you want to try kit meet me at Tesco carpark by the electric car parking spaces 7:45am before Barkrun.
Otherwise I can not lend you kit.
Give space to dogs who need it.
Pick up dog poo.
If anyone would like to volunteer to help run this event please let me know. This means Barkrun can run when I'm not around. All this will involve is reading the above before the start of the run and making sure all participants are using canicross equipment.
