Spring Farm Walk

We’re delighted to invite you to join us for our Spring Farm Walk, hosted by Richard Archer and Family at Clayley Hall Farm on Thursday 22nd May, starting at 7:00pm.

The Archer family began farming as tenants on the Bolesworth Estate in 1985, initially milking 80 cows. Today, they milk 1,000 cows across two sites:

650 spring-calving cows at Clayley Hall (still part of the Bolesworth Estate), and

350 autumn-calving cows at Bank Farm, Marbury, which they purchased in 2020.

All milk is sold to Joseph Heler under a cheese contract. The cows and youngstock are grazed across 1,600 acres of owned and rented land.

Following the farm walk, light refreshments will be served while we continue the discussion.
