Join us for a hands-on, start-to-finish experience on our working farm in Nova Scotia!
What’s included:
Butchery Demo: We’ll start by breaking down a side of pork and preparing cuts perfect for sausage making. You’ll learn about different cuts, meat selection, and the art of butchery.
Sausage-Making Workshop: Together, we’ll craft two signature sausage flavours: Classic Italian and Apple & Onion.
Your Own Recipe? If you have a family favourite or want to experiment, let us know ahead of time—bring your own spice mix or ideas!
Take Home What You Make: Every participant will leave with a batch of their own fresh sausages (and the skills to make more at home).
Tasting Session: Enjoy a tasting of your fresh-made sausages and discover tips on cooking, storing, and serving.
