Public Meeting

The Thinkers Lodge, Pugwash International, and Future Earth Coasts are hosting a public meeting on Making the Case and Finding the Tools for Effective Adaptation and Risk Reduction in the Coastal Zone on August 20, 2025 from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm at the Thinkers Lodge in Pugwash, Nova Scotia. At the meeting, international and local experts on coastal climate change adaptation will share examples and lessons learned in adapting to increased risk to coastal communities, with opportunities for attendees to share local concerns and/or successes in Cumberland and Colchester Counties or beyond.
